Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how brands may receive refunds for campaign funds deposited on the Vairloo platform, operated by Urth Capital LLC. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Full Refund
Brands are eligible for a full refund of their campaign budget (minus any applicable payment processing fees) if:
- No creator has accepted or started working on the campaign.
- The campaign is cancelled before any deliverables are submitted.
1.2 Partial Refund
If one or more creators have already begun working on a campaign but not all deliverables have been completed, a partial refund may be issued for the unfulfilled portion of the campaign budget. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Vairloo administration.
1.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Content has been delivered and approved by the brand.
- The brand has already downloaded or used the delivered content.
- The campaign was completed in accordance with the campaign brief.
2. Dispute-Based Refunds
If a brand is dissatisfied with delivered content, they may initiate a dispute through the Platform before approving the deliverable. Vairloo administration will review the dispute by examining:
- The original campaign brief and deliverable requirements.
- The submitted content and any revision history.
- Communication records between the brand and creator.
If Vairloo determines that the content does not meet the campaign brief requirements, a full or partial refund may be issued for the affected deliverable. The decision of Vairloo administration is final.
3. Wallet Deposits
Funds deposited into a brand’s Vairloo wallet that have not been allocated to any campaign may be eligible for a refund upon request. Refund requests for unallocated wallet balances should be submitted to support@vairloo.com.
4. Service Fees
The 10% service fee charged on campaign budgets is non-refundable once a campaign has been activated and at least one creator has begun work. For campaigns cancelled before any creator involvement, the service fee will be included in the refund.
5. Refund Process
- Submit a request: contact Vairloo support at support@vairloo.com or initiate a dispute through the Platform dashboard.
- Review: our team will review the request within 5 business days.
- Resolution: if approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method or to your Vairloo wallet, depending on the circumstances.
- Processing time: refunds to external payment methods typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.
6. Creator Earnings
Once a creator’s deliverable has been approved and earnings are credited to their wallet, those earnings are not subject to reversal except in cases of fraud or Terms of Service violations. Creators will be notified before any earnings adjustment is made.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
